Alex Vidal is the president of ERA® Real Estate and is responsible for the strategic growth and operations for the ERA global network of more than 40,000 affiliated brokers and independent sales associates and approximately 2,390 offices through the United States and 34 other countries and territories.
A lifelong real estate professional, Mr. Vidal is an accomplished brokerage leader, industry thought leader and coach with expertise in various areas including sales and recruiting.
Mr. Vidal is a tried-and-true ERA veteran, spending five years of his career as an ERA agent and vice president. Prior to being appointed as ERA’s brand president, Mr. Vidal served as regional vice president for Coldwell Banker Realty in Dallas/Fort Worth where he grew TheCloserClub, a fun and engaging online interview and mentorship series, featuring industry luminaries, celebrity entrepreneurs, athletes and more, reaching more than 14,000 real estate agents nationwide. Additionally, he was the president at RelatedISG International Realty where he spearheaded the company’s growth including increasing agent count by ten times in his six years with the company.
Mr. Vidal currently sits on the regional board for The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and was recently named to the 2023 RISMedia’s Newsmakers in the Influencers category for being a major influence for brokers and managers to retain and recruit top talent while supporting them to achieve record-breaking sales.
