Mary Lee Blaylock serves as president of brokerage and is an integral part of the brand’s senior leadership team, responsible for leading sales at Sotheby’s International Realty company-owned brokerages. Here, she oversees 48 offices located in key luxury markets that support more than 2,300 affiliated agents responsible for $20 billion in annual sales volume in 2024. With over 30 years of experience in residential real estate, Blaylock brings a strategic and hands-on leadership style to her role, focusing on market growth, agent empowerment, and enhancing the brand’s local positioning.
Previously, Blaylock served as senior vice president at HomeServices of America, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate, where she led large-scale transformation efforts across 35 companies and brands. She previously held the role of president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, overseeing 56 offices and 3,000 agents, as well as the firm’s National Luxury Division. She was also instrumental in founding HomeServices Relocation, LLC.
Blaylock is widely recognized for her leadership and influence in the industry. She has been named among the top 100 most powerful leaders in residential real estate by the Swanepoel Power 200 and was inducted into RISMedia’s Hall of Fame in 2023.
