Anywhere was recognized as having the greatest number of honorees  in this year’s prestigious award 

MADISON, N.J., July 1, 2024 — Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today celebrated 50 agents that were recognized for being top producers across the United States on this year’s Top 250 Latino Agents Award, compiled by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Anywhere had significant representation in all categories, including several top 10 positions, by their leading brands, Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®.

For the 13th year, NAHREP recognized the achievements of Latino real estate professionals in individual and team, regional and national, and rookie categories. Collectively, agents from the Top 250 Report closed just under 38,000 transactions with $16.2 billion in sales volume.  

Notable recognitions for Anywhere-affiliated agents include: 

• 10 teams on the Top 100 Teams, with Michelle Fermin’s group from Century 21 landing at No. 5. 
• 25% of the agents on the Top 100 Agents by Volume list came from Anywhere brands, with Marty Rodriguez from Century 21 in the No. 3 spot and Pilar Meza from Sotheby’s International Realty in the No. 7 spot. 
• Nearly half the Top 100 Northeast list were Anywhere honorees, with Christian Cobo from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in No. 2, alongside four other agents from Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coldwell Banker Realty and Century 21 in the top 10. 
• 36 agents were honored on the Top 100 Southwest list, with Marty Rodriguez and Sandy Hernandez, both from Century 21, landing No. 5 and No. 6 respectively. 
• Victor Gutierrez from Sotheby’s International Realty and Susana Castillo from Coldwell Banker Realty took the No. 7 and No. 8 positions, respectively, on the list of Top Rookies. 

NAHREP also releases its yearly State of Hispanic Homeownership Report, which found that Hispanic homeownership continues to grow, and these homebuyers are more willing to migrate to markets with more job opportunity and affordable homes. NAHREP noted their Top 250 Report corroborates this noticeable trend because there was a higher percentage of honorees from smaller markets in the Midwest and Southern regions.

This year, Anywhere deepened its collaboration with influential leaders contributing to NAHREP’s mission. For instance, Eric Jacobs, from Anywhere Integrated Services, was appointed to NAHREP’s Corporate Board of Governors while Nora Aguirre of Century 21 assumed the role of 2024 NAHREP President, and Oralia Herrera, also from Century 21, was appointed 2025 NAHREP President-elect.  

Additionally, Anywhere pioneers the industry-first initiative, Anywhere Inclusive Ownership Program, where brokerage owners who qualify and affiliate with an Anywhere brand can take advantage of financial incentives to help strengthen representation in the industry.
