A visionary talent leader, Tanya Reu-Narvaez, Chief People Officer for Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), is moving real estate to what’s next. She leads the enterprise talent and people strategy for nearly 10,000 employees globally across multiple business units and six iconic real estate brands, which support a network of ~330,000 real estate agents. Reu-Narvaez reports to CEO Ryan Schneider and serves on the Anywhere Executive Committee.
Reu-Narvaez leads the company’s enterprise talent strategy and employee experience with a focus on empowering the business, through its people, to drive growth and profitability. She leads all aspects of talent acquisition; talent management, development, and empowerment; inclusion and impact; employee engagement; and total rewards.

Reu-Narvaez has served Anywhere for nearly 20 years. Prior to her role as Chief People Officer, she led the people strategy for multiple revenue-generating business units as SVP of Human Resources for the company’s Brokerage and Franchise groups, supporting household-name brands Better Homes and Gardens®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran®, ERA® and Sotheby’s International Realty®. In this role, she also held HR leadership responsibility for the company’s core businesses and led a comprehensive, results-driven HR function that focused on strategic talent initiatives to drive business objectives. Prior to Anywhere, Reu-Narvaez held multiple leadership roles in HR consulting and technology.
Throughout the last two decades, Reu-Narvaez has been a vocal champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, pioneering many of the company’s progress initiatives and driving change in the industry at large.
She is a current member and former chair of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Corporate Board of Governors and is a former national board member of NAHREP, the Asian Real Estate Professional Association (AREAA), and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey. She brings a unique people, talent, and culture lens to her service of these organizations.
Reu-Narvaez has received numerous accolades, including NAHREP’s inaugural Ernest J. Reyes Founders Award for her work in advancing Hispanic homeownership. She was named one of the ‘Top 20 Women of Influence in Housing’ list by HousingWire and a ‘Woman Worth Watching’ by in Diversity Journal. In 2022, Reu-Narvaez was named by Business Insider as one of the ‘25 HR leaders building the world’s most innovative, inclusive workplaces amid upheaval in corporate America’.
