DANBURY, Conn., Nov. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ — NRT New England, LLC, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Goodfellow Real Estate, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company based in Danbury, Connecticut. NRT New England, LLC operates under the brand names of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut.
The 12 agents formerly affiliated with Goodfellow Real Estate will now conduct business under the banner of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT from the former Goodfellow office located at 7 Old Sherman Turnpike in Danbury. This office of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT will serve commercial real estate clients in the Connecticut and New York real estate markets.
Founded as Goodfellow Ashmore Agency, Inc in 1934 by Robert Goodfellow and Harry Ashmore, Goodfellow Real Estate, is the largest and oldest commercial real estate brokerage firm in western Connecticut.
