Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is part of NRT LLC, the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage.
- The company has 34 affiliated agents and a Chicago office located at 1275 North Clybourn Avenue in the city’s Old Town neighborhood. The agents will conduct business under the banner of Coldwell Banker in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Lincoln Park office.
- Former owners of City Point Realty LLC, Dan Merrion, Brian Merrion and Libby Carlson will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage as brokers.
- This is the fourth acquisition by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Chicagoland since July 2017, previously acquiring the following:
- Century 21 McMullen in Northwest Chicago
- Groebe Real Estate in Palos Heights, Illinois
- Chicagoland Realty Services in Chicago’s West Loop
