Rubin most recently served as the senior regional vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Southeast Florida, where he oversaw operations for 22 residential real estate offices, supporting nearly 1,900 affiliated agents. He additionally oversaw new business development statewide including acquisitions. He previously served as managing director for Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT for Florida and the Mid-Atlantic, managing the commercial sales efforts of more than 100 agents resulting in numerous awards and recognition for the company and agents. Rubin was recently recognized for his outstanding leadership by the Miami Association of REALTORS® with the 2016 Leadership Award.

Rubin brings more than 20 years of experience to the position and comes from a family that has been in the business for more than 75 years. Rubin has a bachelor’s degree in economics from McGill University in Montreal. With a background in collegiate athletics, he has continued his love of sports by coaching and volunteering in community organizations and high schools. He additionally served on the board of the Palm Beach YMCA.
