(NYSE: RLGY) today concluded the first-ever Realogy Global Exchange (RGX), a weeklong gathering of more than 10,000 affiliated real estate professionals across the company’s Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, Century 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Coldwell Banker Commercial® and ERA® brands. A Series of Firsts Unveiled on the Fabulous Las Vegas Strip
Not only was RGX a first-of-its-kind real estate convention spanning multiple Realogy brand conferences, it also featured a preview of new products, programs and tools rolling out this year for the company’s affiliated brokers and agents, including:
Home Partners of America: Revolutionizing How Consumers Buy a Home
Last year, HPA and Realogy announced cataLIST, an innovative iBuying program that keeps the real estate agent at the center of the transaction. That successful pilot program, which initially launched in Dallas, Atlanta and Tampa, will now be rebranded and expanded to all Realogy affiliated franchisees in those markets as well as made available in new markets later this year. Additionally, HPA is launching two new programs for Realogy affiliated agents. The first, OfferBOOST, will pilot this summer and turn any qualified homebuyer into a cash buyer. The second, Fast Track, is designed to speed up the closing period to allow for the purchase of a qualifying home in as little as a week. Also piloting this summer, Fast Track is designed to underwrite a seller’s home and lock in mortgage and insurance for qualified buyers to provide a quick and certain closing for buyers, sellers and agents.
Social Ad Engine: Impactful Advertising in Three Minutes or Less
Realogy this week introduced the Social Ad Engine, a new social media advertising tool designed in collaboration with the experts at Facebook. Available across Realogy brands, the Social Ad Engine is populated with an agent’s listings and leverages social media best practices and auto-optimization to generate and publish an effective ad for both Facebook and Instagram in under three minutes. Social Ad Engine can be used to maximize exposure to listings, drive traffic to an agent’s listing website and generate high-quality leads. Additionally, the technology measures each campaign, making it easy for agents to easily share results with clients.
OJO: Nurturing Leads through Artificial Intelligence
In partnership with the leading-edge AI technology company, OJO Labs, Realogy has re-imagined the way agents meet and nurture potential clients. With OJO, an artificial intelligence powered conversational assistant that provides 24/7 mobile and digital support to consumers making initial queries, Realogy can provide instant access to a variety of databases and more accurate, thorough information faster than a standard search can. The improvements on that initial communication saves agents and consumers time, creates a less-intimidating atmosphere for potential clients who aren’t yet ready to act and nurtures these relationships in a personalized, non-intrusive way. Once consumers are ready to buy or sell a home, they’re connected to a Realogy affiliated agent who, thanks to OJO, will already have strong insights to the client’s needs.
EverClient: Next Gen Lead Gen
Realogy, as part of its new ‘open-architecture’ technology platform, previewed EverClient, a mobile first digital leads and campaign tool powered by advanced analytics and machine learning. Designed to guide investment in lead generation marketing and improve the quality of the leads agents receive, EverClient will feature a nurturing strategy for each lead. Slated to launch in late 2019, EverClient, through API integrations, will leverage existing systems as well as Realogy programs, such as OJO and Facebook, for outbound marketing.
Agent X: A Real Estate Voice Assistant
Agent X is a real estate voice assistant developed exclusively for Realogy affiliated agents. Already in pilot, RGX attendees were able to preview Agent X ahead of its company-wide rollout later this year. Operating on the Amazon Alexa platform, Agent X gives instant, voice-operated access to an impressive suite of productivity and coaching tools – from listings and calendars to a daily digest that includes a briefing of the agent’s day ahead, a rundown of his or her performance scorecard and top industry headlines. Agent X is another way Realogy is helping affiliated agents be more efficient and productive.
The Learning Platform: Education and Coaching Anywhere, Anytime
Realogy this week unveiled new brand learning platforms, featuring a technology-enabled curriculum that will allow agents to tap into world-class professional courses whenever and however they prefer. With hundreds of online courses, coaching opportunities, trainings and other educational materials, the Learning Platform has been re-designed for each Realogy brand. Distilling the incredible resources of Realogy and its brands into one digital home, the Learning Platform can be accessed via desktop, tablet or mobile device. Designed to respond to each agent’s performance metrics and individual needs, the Learning Platform automatically recommends the most appropriate educational opportunities, digital business plans and curriculum pathways. The Learning Platform will begin rolling out to Realogy brands later this year.
Welcome Home: Highly Coveted Complimentary Benefits for Homebuyers
Later this year, Realogy plans to launch Welcome Home, a bundle of new complimentary benefits from sought-after and well-known household brands. With up to $1,000 of savings for homebuyers, Welcome Home is designed to help consumers turn their new houses into homes by offering a suite of unique and highly desirable benefits to clients, from furniture and appliance discounts to home cleaning and home security services.
