(NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today celebrated that Chief Executive Officer and President Ryan Schneider was named the most powerful and influential person in real estate on the 2024 Swanepoel Power 200 (SP 200) list. The annual report, created and published by real estate consulting firm T3 Sixty, recognizes the reach and influence of the industry’s executives who are running some of the nation’s largest companies. Schneider’s resilience, strategic decision making and influential leadership during a challenging year for the real estate industry enabled him to empower others to effectively move Anywhere and the industry to what’s next.
