Amidst industry turbulence, real estate leader reinforces commitments to culture and purpose on World Values Day
MADISON, N.J., (October 18, 2024) – Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, proudly hosted its debut Values Day event this week. In correlation with World Values Day, Anywhere invited employees to celebrate its recently launched values both in person and virtually.
In July, Anywhere unveiled an updated purpose story that includes new enterprise values and an expanded purpose statement. Called The Anywhere Way, the refresh represents the next chapter of the Anywhere story, particularly as the company continues to lead through industry change and accelerate transformation. Integrity is “Key” to Our Success: A Scavenger Hunt (We Move with Integrity)
Employees, both virtual and in-person, participated in a scavenger hunt to explore the different ways the company and its brands and businesses earn trust, do what’s right, and show up with excellence.
Help End Youth Homelessness: A Conversation with Covenant House (We Move with Heart)
Anywhere Gives, the company’s charitable foundation, is a proud partner of Covenant House, whose mission is to end youth homelessness. During an inspiring discussion led by representatives from Covenant House International, Covenant House New Jersey and an alumnus of the program, employees learned more about how Covenant House supports homeless youth with a path to independence. The event also covered how Anywhere Gives is participating in Covenant House’s annual Sleep Out program with teams across 15 markets.
Collab with Copilot: A GenAI Workshop (We Move as One Team)
Anywhere employees participated in an event designed to accelerate Generative AI adoption through hands-on exploration. The session allowed attendees to team up and tackle quick, exciting tasks using Microsoft Copilot, share insights, and learn how GenAI can enhance their productivity and workflow.
