The thirteen-year-old firm is led by its original founder Donny Carter, a Frostburg native and 20-year real estate veteran. Donny began his real estate journey after spending 10 years working for the State of Maryland. Donny quickly realized that he was much better suited for the client-facing, flexible lifestyle that real estate afforded. He thrived in his new role, starting his own team three years after becoming licensed. Two years later, he founded his own firm which now spans two offices across Maryland and West Virginia.
