Anywhere claimed the highest representation of any major brokerage on the annual list recognizing top performers of Asian descent, spanning five of its renowned brands

(NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today announced that it achieved the most recognition of any brokerage on the 2025 Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) A-List. With 40 top performers from its network of affiliated brands recognized, its showing highlights the unparalleled expertise of its market-leading brands Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, Corcoran®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®.
This year, AREAA recognized a total of 109 real estate agents and 64 teams for their 2024 production, which generated $8.49 billion in total sales volume from over 7,700 transactions.

- Dano Sayles of Coldwell Banker Island Properties (Hawaii) ranked No. 3, followed by Samantha Huang from Cocoran Icon Properties (California) at No. 4, Lina Shah of Coldwell Banker (Illinois) at No. 7, Ellie Yung from Coldwell Banker (California) at No. 9, and Delton Cheng from CENTURY 21 Homefront (New York) ranked No. 10.
- Three placed in the top 10 agent ranking for most individual sides:
- Julie Gritton of Coldwell Banker Premier (Delaware) secured the No. 3 spot, followed by Peter Fife from Coldwell Banker Northland (Arizona) placing No. 4 and Samantha Huang from Cocoran Icon Properties (California) ranking No. 10.
- Darlene Streit’s team from Sotheby’s International Realty (New Mexico) placed No. 10 in team volume.
- Michael Kang’s team from Coldwell Banker Realty (Illinois) took No. 9 for team sides.
