Anywhere Real Estate named #1 real estate enterprise in the ‘Enterprise 20’, and Anywhere Advisors earned #2 spot in annual ‘Mega Top 1000’ list of top brokerages
MADISON, N.J., April 10, 2025 — Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today announced that it once again secured the No. 1 real estate enterprise spot on the “Enterprise 20” list by T3 Sixty’s 2025 Real Estate Almanac.
Anywhere Advisors placed No. 2 on the “Mega Top 1000”, which ranks the top U.S. brokerages by their 2024 sales volume. Furthermore, prominent Anywhere franchise brands Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Coldwell Banker, Century 21, Corcoran, and Sotheby’s International Realty earned top positions in franchise-related categories.

The almanac also provided a preview of the top 10 brokerages in the Mega 1000 – a comprehensive ranking of all brokerages in the U.S.

The recognition from T3 Sixty is the latest in a number of accolades earned by Anywhere and its brands in recent months.
