Individuals and teams from four Anywhere brands were honored for driving nearly $5 billion in sales volume collectively
MADISON, N.J., October 15, 2025 — Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today celebrated that affiliated agents and teams from four of its leading brands — Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate®, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker Realty®, and Sotheby’s International Realty® — have been recognized on the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance’s 2025 Top Producers list.
The annual list, created in partnership with RealTrends Verified and sponsored by Sotheby’s International Realty, honored top-producing LGBTQ+ and ally real estate professionals across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
Anywhere-affiliated agents and teams contributed to the Alliance’s collective $4.72 billion sales volume and over 8,500 transaction sides in 2024.
Top honors for Anywhere agents and teams included:
- Paul Bryant from Coldwell Banker Realty (New Jersey) earned the No. 3 spot in Individual Transaction Sides and No. 5 in Individual Sales Volume.
- Geoff Hamill from Wheeler Steffen Sotheby’s International Realty (California) ranked No. 4 in Individual Sales Volume.
- Emily Fraser’s Team from Platt Sotheby’s International Realty (Pennsylvania) claimed the No. 5 spot in Team Transaction Sides.
