Anywhere Brands and Anywhere Advisors President & CEO Sue Yannaccone was inducted into the 2025 Hall of Fame, joining an exclusive list of distinguished industry icons  

MADISON, N.J., (February 5, 2025) – Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS), a global leader in residential real estate services, today celebrated 39 real estate industry leaders and trailblazers across Anywhere and its portfolio of brands and services who were named 2025 RISMedia Newsmakers. The annual list, which recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the real estate industry through their dedication, innovation, and leadership., 

This year’s Newsmakers list features over 300 industry leaders from across the country, representing diverse roles such as brokers, agents, executives, technologists, and educators. Honorees were selected across six categories, with significant representation from Anywhere, Anywhere Integrated Services, and Anywhere-affiliated brands Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®.

This recognition follows her recent accolade from the Swanepoel Power 200, where she was named the most powerful and influential woman in real estate. 

Ryan Schneider, Chief Executive Officer and President of Anywhere, and Liz Gehringer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Anywhere Advisors, were both recognized in the “Luminaries” category. David Marine, Chief Marketing Officer for Anywhere Brands, was named an Achiever; Tanya Reu-Narvaez, Chief People Officer for Anywhere, was honored as a Futurist.
