Perry was honored at the CENTURY 21 One21® Experience held in Las Vegas, NV last month. She has been named the number one sales producer six out of her seven years with CENTURY 21 Jim White & Associates.
Perry, who holds a master’s in electrical engineering, began her sales career with TECO Energy selling wholesale power contract, and quickly became the top selling producer. She tributes her sister for her career shift into real estate, who Perry says called her every day saying how successful she would be if she entered the industry. While Perry didn’t sell a single house for her first three months as a real estate professional, she formed an invaluable relationship with mentor Jim White, who she asserts is the sole reason she stayed in the business after her poor start.

Since she started in the industry, Perry has been awarded the number one sales producer 8 times in Florida and 7 times in the U.S.
