TAMPA, Fla., April 5, 2019 /PRNewswire/ — CENTURY 21 LIST with BEGGINS today announced that Gwen Mills-Owen is the #1 World Producer in the CENTURY 21 System based on units sold in 2018. Mills-Owen was honored at the CENTURY 21 One21® Experience held in Las Vegas, NV last month. Mills-Owen got started in the real estate business when she was looking to buy a home for her and her family in 2001.
Luckily for CENTURY 21, Mills-Owen has a relentless personality, so she didn’t take no for an answer, and eventually ended up being hired by U.S. Home Corporation. She was one of seven hired out of a staggering number of four hundred applicants. While she had zero prior experience, her employer knew there was something about her that told him she would excel at the job. In 2004 she was the highest seller, selling 72 homes and reaching 9 million in sales, ultimately climbing her way up the ladder from Sales to Senior Sales and on to Vice President of Sales.
