A family-owned brokerage, Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties, has served clients throughout Riverside County from its office at 6809 Brockton Ave. in Riverside since 1963.
As part of the acquisition:
- The single sales office of Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties will operate as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
- Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties’ former broker owner Teri Armstrong-Hardke will continue in a sales capacity with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage
- Long-time Sales Manager Shannon Salazar will remain with the company as the sales manager of the office in Riverside.
- Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage welcomes the 66 independent sales professionals of Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties
