This virtual, enterprise-wide event challenged our brightest minds to develop cutting-edge AI solutions tailored to our industry’s unique needs. The result? A whirlwind of innovation, creativity, and collaboration that is set to revolutionize the way we do business.
Why a hackathon? To break new ground in real estate, empower agents, streamline operations, and elevate client experiences. By sparking creativity and collaboration, the Hackathon let our teams tackle the industry’s toughest challenges.
The event not only demonstrated the power of AI, but also the power of our teams and what we can do in a short amount of time when we focus on a problem. In just three days, teams built amazingly realized and fully functional products. Out of 17 teams, 5 finalists were selected to present their ideas before a panel of judges:
- AI-gents (& Ladies) of Change – Project: Offer Analyzer
- FutureForge – Project: Agent AI Twin
- Team Ignite – Project: AI Home Search
- Data Team – Project: MLS Canonicalization
- Realty AI Mavens – Project: RealtyReach
And the winner is… AI-gents (& Ladies) of change! They developed a prototype of an Offer Summary and Comparison Tool. This tool leverages Generative AI to help agents present offers to sellers and assist sellers in choosing the best offer, free from steering and other external influences.
