Tim Gustavson serves as senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller for AnywhereSM. Promoted to the role in March 2015, Gustavson oversees all corporate accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as the shared services, treasury, corporate tax and insurance departments. He works closely with the audit committee of Anywhere Board of Directors.
Gustavson, a certified public accountant, previously served as Anywhere (formerly Realogy) assistant corporate controller and vice president of finance from 2008 to 2015. During that time, he was responsible for financial reporting – including all periodic SEC filings and highlighted by the Anywhere (formerly Realogy) initial public offering in 2012 – as well as corporate consolidation and technical accounting matters. Gustavson joined Anywhere in 2006 as vice president of external reporting.
Prior to Anywhere, Gustavson spent 16 years in public accounting with the KPMG audit practice serving a diverse client base. He is a graduate of Rutgers – The State University of New Jersey.
