Hart originally comes from a background in interior design. A design client encouraged her to obtain her real estate license 2004, and a few years later, she pursued her broker’s license so she could open her own firm. Named in honor of Hart’s mother, Georgia Fern, who encouraged her to open her own business, the company aligns around three key principles: cooperation, mutual support and service excellence.
